ST New Batch of Rumors from 4chan/Reddit ; "SpoilerMan Leak"

Even if this rumor wasn't ridiculous (and potentially upsetting to a million Fett fanboys), it would still contradict canon. In the 2004 re-releases of the OT, they changed Boba Fett's voice to Temura Morrison's (the obviously Maori actor who played Jango). So, no, Boba Fett can't be magically a white guy under the mask.

That's right, the prequel trilogy contradicted canon by portaying Anakin as a white guy, when the original trilogy CLEARLY established Vader to be black underneath since he is voiced by James Earl Jones.

Now I get what the rage on Hayden Christensen is all about.

EDIT: And now that I remember, Episode VI contradicted previous canon with Sebastian Shaw. Of course! So, only episodes IV and V are canon. I've learned so much from this thread.

That's some seriously irresponsible journalism. They took one random anonymous internet user's word and didn't verify his identity in any way? Any of us could have made up something that sounded as good using existing rumors and leaks. This is just sad.

 

Typical English paper. If you think they are bad, check out the Daily Mail or, *shudder*, the Guardian, to say nothing of Rupert Murdoch's holdings....

 

I am going to say that, regardless of the leaker's legitimacy, this is some brilliant work. Spoilerman knows how to take the good rumors and hurl out the bad, and he actually puts together a believable image of the film. I could buy that this was Episode VII, and I hope that someday some fan decides to write a script based off these rumors.

Corroboration with leaked concept art & reported spoilers (after the fact) doesn't go a long way in terms of validating this article, yet this journalist seems to think it does.
