Okay, guys, so...question. I've written a response to the Queen roulette challenge, but the plot bunny bit hard and it's hovering around 5,000 words. Just want to make sure y'all would be up for reading it? If not, I can come up with something else for the challenge and post the story as a stand-alone. Thoughts?

 

Did anyone said anything about a maximun of words? But if you feel that 5k is too much to read in one sitting, you can always split it in two or three parts...

 

Since NanaVader was caught in a rush of inspiration and totally forgot everything about the Challenge but the quote she's graciously asked for another quote and I've given her Nº23 from my batch of spares...

These are all great little stories, everyone! It's a good thing I'm not participating with this challenge, because I've got to be honest here... I've never heard of ANY of these Queen songs! PT is obviously TOO old, and the last rock songs she recalls is 'Crocodile Rock' and 'Joy to the World'!

Edit - Okay... maybe "We are the Champions" I can remember. Was THAT a Queen song?

 

Oh, c'mon! Anyway, my not-that-subtle second intention with this challenge was to make some of you discover some of Queen less famous songs... And I would be SO happy to, hm, provide said songs (or links to) to anybody intrested ...
