    When I went to get my student visa they didn't ask too many questions. Mostly what university was I going to and what graduate program. I spent 6 hours in queue and in the end it was a couple of questions and I was like "that's it? All this suspense for a 2 min interview?".

    the bowen thing reminds me of the gary whitta forum rants that were dug up when he was named as writer for the star wars spin off last year. he may stand by what he says now, but in the future this stuff may come back to haunt him.

    Crowds? We've got an all-star race (****ing NASCAR) and the Wells Fargo tournament (****ing golf) in town this weekend; I've only left my house long enough to run around the track at the Y. I hate dealing with traffic and people when we get something like this in town.

    Yeah yeah yeah revenue for the city and such...

    I'm taking my new bike out on the greenway later today though.
