    dp4m - that bill still has to go through conference committee, so zero yet! Luckily, I'm white and don't have an accent! So hopefully never and I'll just have to go bail my parents out of jail with their passports every once in a while.

    The Santa Ana's (winds) are still around today out here, which presents a problem on my way to work later with my hat; might have to keep it off as I walk at the bus stops, etc... can't risk having it blown away. :p

    I'll ignore that they beat the Hornets twice. Because a few teams beat the Hornets twice this year. :p

    They're a good team; I don't have a strong dog in the fight between them and the Rockets but the games should be fun to watch.

    I'm going to a potluck given by a local trans group, which is fine, except now I have to decide what pronouns to use and whether to use my chosen name or birth name. It would be no brainer chosen name, except one kid said he might bring his parents, who apparently like to giggle at people who don't pass. (I don't.) I want to be one of those people who don't care and do whatever they want, but on the other hand, I don't want the grief.

    I suppose this is a first-world problem, but it's MY first world problem, dammit!

    I have a client whose name is Yorick. I'm pretty sure that from now on whenever I pick up the phone and he says "it's Yorick", I'll think "poor Yorick".
