It sometimes feels like the deceased is like the least important thing to the planning of a funeral, doesn't it? As in their wishes being totally ignored I mean. So strange. Very sorry for your loss.

I have just got back to Uni, ready to endure another week of the stress of lecturers striking, as well as a lot of dissertation work. So very fun

 

Got a free sundae at Denny’s this morning... hell of a way to start my weekend!

 

Besties, we threw a surprise bday party at a restaurant for my grandfather who turned 75. Made me realize how lucky I am to be related to a bunch of lovable snarky goofs. Driving conditions on the other hand, were awful. Can't wait for Minnesnowta to be over with.

Buy a portable charger. Some of them are as small as credit cards these days.

Exciting , but the cat tends to get lost when it snows , I think he can't recognise things with the snow on everything ,

Hey besties, two things came out today: (1) Girl Scout flavored coffees at DD and (2) the Szechuan Sauce at McD. I got an iced coffee with Caramel Coconut flavoring and my wife got Thin Mint. (The remaining flavor option is peanut butter.) We enjoyed our respective beverage. It tasted as advertised. Anyone else happen to get one?

I didn't go to McD yet to see if they have the sauce. I might do it later this week. Anyone get their Szechuan fix today?

 

i don't really frequent those establishments, but that sounds like poll material to me.

 

I hope they run out of Szechuan sauce again and some good, solid riots break out. I could use a fresh news cycle.
