FYI to all North Ridge members

The following amendment has been ratified during the 2008 Elections. It will become effective January 1, 2008.



All members must attend the meeting prior to a North Ridge event (whether charity or social) to assist with planning and organization of the event. Members not in attendance may be excused at the discretion of the Chapter Representative and/or Diplomats, barring anything catastrophic or beyond the reasonable control of the absentee.

can diplomats excuse themselves?

 

It would fall to the rest of the Diplomats to determine if it is warranted. The Diplomats generally are present at a strong majority of meetings and events either way.

A reminder was given at the meeting. In case you missed it, the Amendment is now in effect.
