FF:VIC New CR NOT required for VicFF (congrats PulsarSkate!)

I'm old (39 next Saturday).

I'm tired.

I have no drive for politics or from stabbing people in the back.

I resign as CR......I've had enough.

Whoever wants it.....it's yours.

The fact that I've been CR of this forums since before most of you even knew it existed and have been a reqular poster for over 6 years on these forums (even before they were here) doesn't seem to count for much in the eyes of some people.

 

Chris, top innings, top innings indeed. 6 years is no mean feat you 39-year old you!

I'd like to put forward a candidate: TheBoogieMan

I've met him personally and from what I gathered from our brief meet he is a top lad who would do the job TREMENDOUSLY well. What do you say, Daniel?

 

Firstly, as I said over at the VicFF pub, great work, LV. JE puts it mildly when he says top innings. That was a long haul. You shall be missed.

Secondly, thank you JE for putting my name forward. I'd be happy to do the job if it is what VicFF wants. However, if someone else wants to do it, I'd fully support them, too. I wonder, what does Pulsar Skate think of this issue?

 

what does CR stand for? (forgive my ignorance)

We aren't very brisk around here. Something will happen eventually. Bearing in mind it took us 2 years to change our banner.

 

Ah the Moreland City Council... they are apparently the worse council in the state, according to one expert resident..

 

Seriously, lets elect a new CR. Don't be tight. Hawk, how do these things work bud?

 

Dare I also mention the Skywalking icon that has been up since 03, even though it was only given a year by the users of this very forum?

 

JE: We usually need at least two candidates, and I'm not sure if Puls actually accepted or not. After that, we can get the ball rolling.

TBM: Considering the number of people using it or asking for a replacement, it's not exactly high on the list of priorities. Feel free to make another one if you want to.

 

Oh, no, can't be bothered. I don't think anyone would actually use it, and considering the Skywalking one is being used by at least two people, why remove it? I was just pointing out that it specifically only got one year trial.

And yes, I can say on behalf of Pulsar that she did accept.
