Yeah, I noticed the lack of colours on my name too.....looks weird.

6 years of service to the forums...and not even VIP status....sheesh.

 

You'd probably notice that no ex-CR anywhere has VIP status if you wandered into the CR forum. It's a rule, and as such not my call to make.

 

My curiosity has been peaked, Hawk. What do we then make of things like this or this? Yes, not VIP, but...?

Tyi: CRs are allowed to request titles for their members. It's different to VIP status in a few ways, but it's possible if the CR wants it.

 

Thank you for answering, although I did already know that CRs can give out/request titles for members. In FFNSW it is done every three months for the banner artist.

However, what I was trying to show was that both members I used as examples had titles saying that they were former CRs. I was simply curious as to why some members (who I assume were CRs at some stage) have such titles when other former CRs do not? If there was a reason... or if it's just something that's in the murky river of unknown....

Hawk already answered your question: former CRs get titles if the current CR requests it.

 

Ah, I didn't/don't see that in Hawk's post. The impression I get from his post is that he is talking about normal members. Although, now that you say it like that, I guess I can see he meant the CRs.

But I guess I just understand Tyrant the Younger clearer....
