This is just a poetic adaptation of Jaina and Zekk's confrontation at the climax of [i]Jedi Under Siege[/i]. The dialog has been completely rewritten to fit the poetic structure. The original material was unworkable in that regard, so I did my best to simply capture the intent.

A tainted shadow.
His blade crimson, sullied.
Darkest Knight.

Woman Warrior,
Her blade shimmering, pure.
Hope?s sentry

?I challenge you to
A duel,? he shouted, ?You
Will not pass.?

?Who are you,? she growled,
?To deny entry?? She
Struck at him.

?You cannot pass!?
He parried her blows, ?I
Shan?t permit.?

?Give up the lie you call
Your life.? She smiled, ?Become
My friend once

More. The dark does not
Become you. Return, my friend,
To the light.?

?That is why, my friend,
I block your path.? He dropped
His soiled blade.

?Your sanctuary
Has been sabotaged. I
Want you safe!?

She returned her blade
To it?s home, heart at peace,
Redeemer.

He wept at her feet.
?Thank you for the new start,
I?m redeemed.?

 

Very nice. That was a good adaptation of the JUS scene.

Thanks. I actually wrote this in October or November: It just sat on my pen drive until I found it this afternoon. Maybe I should start writing more poetry.
