New FanFilms Forum Graphics

After reviewing every submission for the FanFilms Forum Graphics contest, I can say I was extremely pleased and impressed with everything that was created. There's definitely a lot of talent in this forum.

It was very hard for me to pick a winner, as there were more than a few entries that could have easily been accepted. In the end, I decided on the one that looked the most professional, followed all the rules, and, in my opinion, best represented the hobby. Congratulations to Seth-of-the-Sith as we will be using his winning entry in the forum until further notice.

Once again, thanks for putting the time into each of your submissions. It definitely was a very close contest.

Enjoy the new graphics! They should be up by the end of this weekend.

That's great, Nice one Seth.

There where a lot of very cool enteries, but I have to say, Seth's was the one I preferred as well. I thought he had a good combination of fanfilm images and movie making images, plus the typography of 'The Force.Net Fanfilm Forum' was clear and very readable.

Good job (as Amercians tend to say a lot in movies)

Thanks for all the great comments, I'm glad you all liked it. The other contestants did awesome work and I was very surpirsed to see that my image was the winner. But again, thanks and I can't wait to see the image up.

But how exactly do you make a banner 'professionally'?

Great Job Seth. I like how it doesn't show any partiality to a particular film (though it does show partiality to canon's xl-1 )

 

it looks like it has Bounty Trail, Tydirium, Son of the Suns for films in it. but great job seth i really like it.
