    I am a new member of the JC forum.
    Have a few questions.
    First, is it legal to make up an expansion to post here?
    I have made some cards that I would like to post.

    Knock yourself out! Typically posts of that type have "Dream Cards" somewhere in the subject line. Provided the dream cards are tasteful, you're free to post them.
