There is a disturbing new law that will prohibit (make illegal) the re-sale of children's toys and clothing after February 10, 2009

All toys and clothing manufactured before 2/10/09 will have to be tested for led before they can be re-sold.

This will have major impact on conventions, EBAY, and other resellers.

I have been slowly selling my unwanted figures on E-Bay but now it looks like I will be finished by 2/10/2009

Fine, then. I wont sell any used toys on ebay. I'll only sell my collectibles.

I believe this law really doesn't have any bearing on reselling toys that have already been tested.

And I don't think toys that were made, shipped, and sold before the law will be affected.

But I'm not a lawyer, so don't hold me to that.
