The colours are only for Halloween, and they'll be changed straight after that.

Personally, I think the colours are hideous, but that's just me.

 

I think its fun. While the colours could use some work, the banner is nice.

Shara's right. The banner gets 10 out of ten, but the background colours scare the hell out of me, and not in a good way.

CCD, they do this sort of thing at Christmas, Valentine's Day and St Patrick's Day. Not to mention April Fool's Day, either.

 

Admittedly, the colours are a bit of a strain on the ol' eyes.

I believe your icon is of Christopher Lee back when he used to play Dracula as a living... he was good though, I recommend his first 2 Dracula movies especially...

And I love this new design, it makes me feel all evil muhahahahahahhahha

 

I don't like to change my icon, but since it is for the spirit of Hallowe'en (my new favourite American occasion)...

 

Strangely enough, it was Halloween when I went to the States a couple of years back. Still remember seeing all the crap in the windows and at Toys 'R' Us.

 

I think it's about time they started some new holidays and festive days.

Let's find as many Pagan holidays as we can and lobby the major toy and card companies to make them national holidays and gift occasions

 

I'm keen to maintain annual Hallowe'en parties once I get back home. This year I've got a stigmatic thing lined up.

 

We really should be celebrating Halloween on May Day, as we are in the southern hemisphere and all things that make up 'halloween' (seasonal things) happen on that day.

But now I am just being Mr Pedantic Pascoe Pants.

 

I seem to recall hosting a fairly successful Hallowe'en party in October once! And it's not like we have all the leaves changing colour and the release of orange and Black M&Ms anyway. We'll just need to make our own traditions. Like backyard cricket at Christmas time!

 

I actually meant the part about the length of the day, and the depth of the night, and the way the walls between the worlds are thin, and the ghosts and ghouls and stuff can come through and... I don't know, order pizzas or something.
