    New Morning Hosts

    TV personality Carla Collins and radio veteran Steve Anthony are the new morning hosts for Mix 99.9 starting June 18th. "I love the radio" says Collins, "the immediacy the intamacy, the fact that the radio makes my butt look small and my breasts look large." Anthony, a former muchmusic VJ and CFNY-FM jock has for the past two years been the morning host at the Montreal station CHOM, part of the standard Radio chain, which owns Mix 99.9 and its AM affiliates CFRB.

    So, June 17th is the last day my clock-radio will be tuned to the Mix. No more can I listen to their morning show.

    Ironic part - they also do mornings on a station called "The Mix"

    what scares me is that they are advertising it "as returning DJ." I sure hope they mean him not her......
