I'd rather see HERO at the movies. Plus, I have a bootleg copy of the VCD being delivered to me...

Best wirework? from what I've heard, damn right :)

Jeni, get the dvd, the vcd suffers form the usual problems of pixellation in some of the fast moving scenes ( ie: the fight scenes).

Downloaded the preview for Phone Booth. It took them 10 days to shoot the movie and it's under 90 mins long. Looks good. :D

I saw that trailer a long time ago, looks like a different film for sure, should be interesting.

I saw the lxg trailer before daredevil today, I can't wait for that one.

When I went to the movies last Saturday every trailer they played (Ned Kelly, Bulletproof Monk, X2, Hulk, LXG) was on my PC already. Well all except one...

    Japanese Matrix trailer

It uses basically the same footage as the other Matrix trailers except for 4 or 5 new shots.

I think the one I'm most interested in is X2. I'll most likely go see the Matrix at some point, but X2'll be an opening night thing for me.

    Some interesting SPIDERMAN NEWS:

In casting news that can be described as nothing less than absolutely shocking, Jake Gyllenhaal (MOONLIGHT MILE) may replace Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. Word began to circulate around Hollywood this weekend that Maguire might not return with rumored reasons being anywhere from a salary dispute to an injured back. Reportedly "waiting in the wings" is actor Gyllenhaal who was one of the original top candidates when the first SPIDER-MAN was casting.

Maguire's spokeswoman confirmed the reported back problems in a statement that said, "After doing two physically demanding films in a row, Tobey has experienced mild discomfort in his back, which is in the final stages of healing." She added, "With an April 12 start date around the corner, everyone involved wants to be certain he is able to do the intense stunts (of SPIDER-MAN 2)."

Ned Kelly = Me love it too!!!
NOTE: Just don't expect fast-paced action scenes. Me no thinkin it really was like that in real life anyways.

Ned Kelly was okay as a movie, but terrible as a record of history (but then aren't they all?)

For all you folks that loved it, will you be rushing to see the other Ned Kelly movie due out soon ... ?

For historical accuracy - "Our Sunshine" wasn't terribly accurate either, and i don't think the movie was long enough to give out enough detail! :(

    I loved ned kelly!

After seeing orlando bloom as an elf it was really funny to see him as... well for the PG rating I'll call him saucey ;)

It was hollywooded up and made him to be like the aussie robin hood but it was still goods :D

Ned Kelly was great, although not entirely historically accurate. It was a well made entertaining movie. Heath Ledger and Orlando Bloom were great, loved the music and locations too.

And to think Hollywood wanted a "cleen shaven" Ned!!

Clean Shaven Ned = Sacrilege, in my opinion

Mick Jagger Ned = EVEN WORSE
