I see you are a Thrawn fan. I just finished this Triology a week or two ago. Quick ending if you ask me but fitting.

Hey newbie. You've been chatted up. :)

I haven't gotten the chance to read the Trawn Trilogy, even though BDZ keeps recommending it to me. I just finish Star By Star, though. I need to post a thread about that...

That's not what my post count says!

...It says I'm a newbie without a life.

    :)

So are you saying that the half-life value for XMaveric is BDZ?

    (meanwhile, back at the topic)

Welcome to the FanForce boards, DoshFett! I'm sorry that you had to start with South Bend, but at least it's not Detroit or some other hellhole. ::chuckle::

Like Chicago. Those guys are freaks! ;)

I think mudhole isn't the correct word Mav. I think the most fitting word would be cesspool. :)

Thom's feeble attempt to participate in any intelligent conversation only goes to exaggerate his already pathetic lack of mental ability.

Oh, we don't need you to dis Chicago, guys... we're quite capable of doing it ourselves. After all, look at our sports teams! Our city government! Lower Wacker!

Chicago is not an ideal city by any means, though it does have good museums and a fabulous theatre culture.

It also has some cool Star Wars fans, a trait that South Bend shares. :) Hey, if I really thought y'all were worthless, would I be over here helping raise your post count? ::chuckle::

    Hey all.

Been watching the board for a week or so and decided to join the fray myself. I love Star Wars amongst many other films, and just wanted to join the conversation, maybe hit a social event or two. Primarily though you all will see my sorry butt at Showplace 16 come may so I figured i'd get to know everyone early. I stood in line for 8 hours for tickets last time and was one of the few to dress up for the midnight show and I am prepared to do it all again. I also have interest in maybe making a fan film at some point if there are others also with that interest.

Anyway I will stop now, just figured an introduction was in order. By the way, my name is Joe. :>

Great, Joe. Good to have you here! Your story is like many of ours. You'll fit in just fine here :)

We should be going to see Fellowship of the Rings next week, if we can figure out how to get tickets. You are more than welcome to come. Keep an eye on the forum for more details and more info on other events!
