New piece by John Williams

Hi all,

In early 2015, a new CD will be released titled "Montage: Great Film Composers and the Piano." The album/short film will feature brand new pieces written by John Williams, Michael Giacchino, Don Davis, Randy Newman, Alexandre Desplat and Bruce Broughton.

Cool, without a Spielberg or Lucas film in the pipeline, Williams' output of late slows to a trickle. (I was downright shocked to see him on The Book Thief as the composer, guess he just wanted to work!)

 

Normally don't permit links to Kickstarter or sites which promote Kickstarter projects, however, I do see that this is successfully funded as of April 23, so I'll allow it.
