    I have the blue prints for the base so anyone that is good with wood and tools and would like to help please let me know :)

    This will look awesome when Dave Young troops in Boba and we have Han in Carbo along for the tow!

    well someone from the 501st is getting me a hospital stretcher that we can dismantle and attach so it will roll, (will make it look like the transporting on bespin, i have the plans for the box...

    and since i am retarded with wood, any help would be greatly appreciated, the thing is to make this light as possible as the front piece is 33lbs already...Give me metal and i am a wizard, wood ... thats a different story LOL

    LOL you know you love it....the side boxes will be in this week, and i will be wiring them with all sorts of cool electronics so they light up and have the #'s on the "Hero" panels etc

    I think it will be a few weekend project but definately fun!

    What i need is someone who knows woodworking to look at the blueprints and come up witha supply list of what we will need :)

    I wouldn't call myself a "woodworker", but I do build homes and read blueprints for new home construction, so I might be able to come up with something. Pine is a lighter wood to work with if you want to try and keep the weight down. But I would suggest checking out Home Depot or Lowe's and getting a feel for all the different woods they have and then we could go from there....

    My dad is a carpenter, so I'll ask him to take a look at it. I think he's amused by all this Star Wars stuff I'm doing now, he even gave me his Dremel.
