ST New Rumor Spoilers

Here it goes. Tons of spoilers, beware.

>John Boyega's character is Sun Leonis, he's the main protagonist. He's an ex imperial soldier.
>Daisy Ridley's character is Fawn Solo, but she hides her identity to avoid assassination (everybody wants to kill Leia and her kid, surprise) and gets by name Kira. She lives on Tattooine. The planet is even more devastated now, because wars.
>LUPITA NYONG'O PLAYS THE MAIN BADDIE, she is refereed to only by her surname, "Malila". She's an emperor-like character, two faced politician, SHE SECRETLY DRESSES UP AS DARTH VADER and leads remaining imperial forces to provoke wars and achieve her "mainstream" political goals.
>Adam Driver's character is called sth like "Rage", he's the GRANDSON OF COUNT DOOKU and he's basically a swordfighting commando-crusader serving Malila, a religious nut, zealot of the Sith religion. A secondary villain, but important.
>Leia is very weak and she moves around using a Star-Wars-y "wheelchair on legs", like the ones in TPM; all force-sensitives are dying of an "unknown sickness", because plot (IT'S THE SAME THING THAT KILLED PADME, wink wink).
>Luke is "somewhere out there", he shows up only in the last act and his appearance is surprising, to say the least.
>GWENDOLINE CHRISTIE PLAYS BOBA FETT's successor and wears exactly the same armor (her being a woman is a twist I guess), she kills Han at the end.

Basically most of the cast is irrelevant, they don't play anyone who really matters, at least in this episode (Oscar Isaac, Gleesson, they're only in the background, Sydow only has a minor role, scene with Simon Pegg who plays a yoda-like wise creature, and dies pretty quickly).

The current title actually is "The Ancient Fear".

I do not know the whole script, only some scenes, I can't really tell you how the story goes in its whole, except for what I put together on my own.

Its not completely anonymous. We know the person who wrote that is about 8 years old and suffers a learning disability.

 

I saw the name "Fawn" and I bailed. Calling total hoghwash on everything due to name.

 

Never thought I'd say this. But I'd welcome a Devin 'scoop' with open arms about now. Things are getting uber ridiculous around here.

If there is a Lenois on "Rebels" it means the person downloaded the episode early off iTunes or bit torrent, watched it, and then threw the last name onto Boyega's character. The fake-ness of the name "Sun" confirms it.
