Excellent work. I have a question though. It says they were done using:

15? x 20?
Illustration Board
Acrylic & Digital

So this is a real life painting but with some digital stuff added? How is that done? Or am I just confused.

I don't want to answer for Scumandvillany, but I think the paintings are made "for real", and digital is used for lighting effects (lightsaber blades, lensflare effects...). Tell me if I'm wrong Scumandvillany.

 

Oh, I see, he paints it then scans it and adds the stuff digitally? The only bad thing about that is the hardcopy painting done on the illustration board wont have those changes, only the printed out version. If that was the case, why not just do it all digitally with Corel Painter and a Wacom tablet? It is easier for you to do the bulk of the painting non-digitally?

Thanks for the compliments. Actually, 99.9% of my work is done traditionally. I paint the Lightsaber glows on the board; once all
the painting is done, I shoot a digital photo and add a lense flare effect.

I'll be adding new art to the site within a couple of weeks. It won't be Star Wars--but please take a look anyway.

Amazing! The Darth Sidious piece is fantastic. The color, which for me is always a struggle, is great. Can't wait to see more.
