Hi New, with a question

Mostly came here to get a question answered, but I'll probably make this a habit. I was 8 when A New Hope came out, and have watched all the films (and tv specials). I've read some of the books, but not even close to all of them. Here's my question: Where was Anakin born? Wookiepedia doesn't say.

 

Anakin was born on Tattoine.

 

Incorrect. His place of birth is unknown. He was brought to Tatooine when he was a young boy

 

Thank you. I was just hoping there was a novel that might have answered the question, even if it would be non-canonical.

It's funny, my nephew wanted to know for a radio contest, and he said they said "Corian" or something to that effect, but he wanted to text the right spelling. I mentioned that it was unknown, but maybe they were asking about midi-chlorians. Nope, he insisted the planet was similar to "Corian". I tuned in to the station in question, they were looking for "Coruscant". I texted back right away and told him the djs were idiots, that his mother was a slave and wasn't on Coruscant when she gave birth. Of course, I made an error as well, I thought Luke and Leia were born on Coruscant. Oops. Hey, I'm old, I still make mistakes. But, I'm happy to be here, and look forward to meeting new people.
