    Hi everyone

I just got word that this can become public knowledge.

The FF chapter in NYC is hosting a convention next year. Dates are Feb 28th & 29th. Anyone that wants to attend should get a hold of me; I will be the contact for confirming the reservations and number of members attending.

Prices for a weekend Pass will be around $20 for Fan Force Members. That?s $10 a day if someone is coming just for the day. Non FF members will be around $20 per day.

They are shooting for a ton of venders (50+) and the guest list isn?t confirmed yet.

With the help of Meriwyn, the CR of NYC, I am looking into Hotel Group Rates to help keep costs down for the weekend.

Stay tuned ? details will be given as soon as I get them.

I plan on going ? and I hope we can have a major presence.

    Later

    Dave

I promised details and here are a couple

NYC's FF had a problem with the original date because of conflicts with a couple local hotels, so the convention got pushed to April.

The big plus of April is that there shouldn't be too much trouble with snow.........hopefully (knock on wood) ;)

I will keep everyone updated on info as soon at it is released.

I think we need to start planning for this now - I for 1 would love to have the majority of our group going.

    OK

Firm dates now - April 17th & 18th, 2004 at the Crowne Plaza in Secaucus, NJ.

Ok so it isn't exactly NYC but it is still real close for us

Mark the Calendars - I will keep you up to date with the Guest List and what not

    Dave
