And Mike...Kovalev is not the guy, nor is Nedved to be traded...

Both Nedved and Kovalev should still be in their late 20's.

EDIT: I'm not ashamed to say that a tear did drop from my eye when I heard this news. But I do wish him all the luck in the world. I've just become a Maple Leafs fan.

I watched the Leafs/Isles highlights tonight, and I cried when I saw Leetch in the Leafs jersey.

As for Nedved & Kovi...I'm GLAD they're gone. Nedved is a waste of space, Kovi is a jock and needs to learn how to pass the puck instead of standing there with it.

But, I am not happy about Leetchy being gone.

 

Thank God the season is almost over..

 

I cried when I saw Leetch in the Leafs jersey.

I could never, ever bring myself to look at Leetch in a jersey other than NYR.

He should have just retired . . . I know, contracts. Meh!

 

No more Chris Simon I am not watching any more Rangers games this season. I will watch the Leafs & Flames. Because I got Center Ice

So...there are like 4 more big names that can be traded today...will they?

 

You know, what ever became of Darren Turcotte? (sp?) And Malarchuk? They were good players who disappeared after being traded from the Rangers.

 

Turcotte did pretty well for himself...


but remember...New York is a much bigger stage.

 

Turcotte was on the 94 team!

So, thanks to Center Ice, I can still watch Leetch, Simon & Barnaby.

 

De Vries got sent packing today too.

Valeri Bure got sent to the Stars, I believe.

Ron Francis is now in Toronto.
