Edit: I just wanted this to match the thread in the Boston Forum. Lets have some friendly competition.

That was a *seet* game. Nice Sorieno homer in the ninth! Rivera came back in the ninth to blow the sox away....awesome. We'll win tomorrow too.

    Ah yes, we will. [face_devil]

    Go Yanks.

There are only three good things about the Yankees: Soriano, Pettite and Sojo. I really don't see anything else good about the Yanks.

If those are the only 3 good things, I would like to know what good things other teams out there have!

    You offend me.

I don't include Jeter becuase there is a much better shortstop in the league, now if he wasn't playing I would include Jeter.

But...but Nomar *isn't* playing. He's injured. So put Jeter on the list!

Er...unless you mean A-rod? Please tell me you don't mean A-rod. Jeter's better than him.

With Both the Yankees and Red Sox, you can find a better player at every position. I guess neither teams has very much!

I mean Nomar. A-Rod isn't worth even 100 million dollars, probably 30 tops.

Nomar is going to be out until at least July...after the All Star break most likely.

But, he is the best shortstop in my opinion. I mean Jeter is good too....but he hasn't won back to back batting championships.

Mysty, you should be proud...I can now discuss matters of the Red Sox and Yankees without getting all worked up! :)

I am very proud, but the season is early and we will get more competative.

I think Jeter likes his 4 Championship Rings just fine, along with his All star game MVP and World Series MVP, oh and Rookie of the Year and at 26 going on 27, he has much time to accomplish much much more. I am not taking away from how good Nomar is. My Opinion is A-Rod is the Best, but I would rather see someone esle better, I lost respect for him.

Competitive maybe...but I'll try to contain myself. :)

Anyways, what I like best about Nomar is that yes he has won back to back batting championships and yes he's got some great numbers and he can go three for four in many a game, but when it comes down to it this guy would rather go 0-4 at bat and have his team win.

He's all about the team...and what he wouldn't give for one of those world series rings...what I wouldn't give to see him wearing one of those World Series rings...

I mean, yes, the Yankees are a good team, I'll admit it. But, the Red Sox are good also and all our team's hard work and talent truley does make us very worthy of one of those rings. After 83 years, our time has come I think.

I would never say they do not deserve to win. They have the Best Pitcher and 2 Super Stars better than any Yankee. I think.

It's all good. Next weekend Boston has to play in *our* back yard. Let's see how they do with the bleacher creatures riding their backs.

    Bwahahahahaaha! [face_devil]

I'm going to sunday afternoon's game. Anyone else gonna be in the stands?
