When I was in Nevada, at the rest stops they had signs warning you to beware of scorpions. I found it sort of amusing since I've never seen anything like that before. We have scorpions here in Missouri too but they are small and aren't any worse, for most people, than being stung by a bee or wasp.

Man, I got stung last summer, just having the car window down. I couldn't escape and got stung on my back, man that hurt. Thank God I'm not allergic to the sting.

 

You are indeed fortunate. I probably would be. I do my best to avoid all things with stingers.

Did anyone catch the Star Wars vs. Star Trek debate on 'King of the Nerds' last week? It was brutal.

 

Is it another which is better thing?

 

Hope all of you new users are settling in nicely. It's very chilly at the moment, but thank goodness this month is almost over with.

 

The pro-Star Wars team completely blew it. They were on the verge of winning until some goofball from their team told the judges that he had NEVER seen any Star Wars movie. Brutal.

Spike is showing an OT marathon today.

Wish I could resist watching. The commercial breaks are always so awkwardly placed. Not to mention it's a disgrace that they show ads instead of the credits. The whole mess is practically unbearable, but hey... it's Star Wars. I already watched Empire yesterday.

Must. Watch. Star Wars.

 

Even though I have all the films, I still watched Spike's OT party this past weekend.

It Is Your Destiny You are right about the commercials being in odd places, but as you said, it's Star Wars.

 

Wow. Today, I watched the first and last 'arcs' of The Clone Wars Season 6 (Episodes 1-4 and 10-13). They instantly jumped into my top 5 arcs from the series. I highly recommend catching these 8 episodes. The writing was superb IMO.
