I'm moving to Boston to take a break from living here. I'm currently planning to move back at the end of Summer to continue college in the Fall, but my plans will probably change if I find a good job and/or better school there.

 

Well thats always a good reason.I've been throwing the idea off doing the same thing,the only problem I find is figuring out where to go, .Boston has some really good schools,so maybe your visit will be longer than expected.What are you studying?

 

Information technology, but I'm going to change my major to media arts or something similar.

If there's one thing Boston(and Massachusetts in general) has, it's great colleges(K-12 schooling is another story entirely...).

 

Yeah, we do have some great colleges.

Boston does have some great colleges!!

Alot of em with really good IT and Multi-Media programs.And considering all the companies and law firms in the city,finding a job in the IT feild isnt that hard to find.

Don't know how I kept missing this thread for the last two months, but anyway...

I'm Chris, I'm 22, I'm from Rochester NH and I go to UNH. Would one of you oldbies mind PMing me about the meets, their general time frame, and what goes on there? As classes slow down next month, I'd love to take the train to Boston and join a meet, or maybe just hang out with some of you folks some time.

Actually, I'm driving a big bus trip to the Museum of Fine Arts tomorrow (Thurs 04/11). Any of you going to be chillin' anywhere near there?

 

I wont be anywhere near there tomorrow,I leave for Florida tomorrow .AHH!! cant wait to get there,the sun,warm weather,lovely ladies in bikini's .I love Florida!! It makes the drive down worth the trip.
