Wow! Everyone's moving! Well, I guess I have to say it now. I'm very sorry to say it, but I am joining the members that are moving out of state. I will end up near Chicago I believe. At least that's what I got out of my parents anyways... This is so sad!!

Shelbina is up in this neck of the woods, only on the MO side, a little bit West of Hannibal, MO.

Now Yodaboy, what did you mean by you miss snow? We had some ice last winter, but its been a while since we have had a good snowstorm with real accumulation.

 

By that I ment that here, you can wear shorts and a T-shirt all year long, and not be too uncomfortable, so any snow seems like God sent now.

 

Ummm, well I wear shorts and a hoodie all year long here.

 

Yeah but you're crazy! This winter it was too damn cold for that. Man is was aweful. Still, there's not place I'd rather be.

I'll be working at an archaeology dig this summer

it's a dig at Cahokia Mounds, I don't get to do much more then move dirt around, but that's fine with me!

I'm so excited, I need to talk to my advisor and get some more info for when I call this one dude back tomorrow, but that's just dandy with me!

*bounces*

I will be passing spanish (barely)

 

Congratulations that sounds like a great opportunity for you from what I understand it not every day that Digs take place on sites like the mounds. Sound like it will be an experience well worth bragging about. I for one cant wait to hear stories.

cahokia mounds is a really cool place. I haven't been there in a few years, but I really enjoy going there

on a side note, I got an A in trig (easy, I know), and I'll probably have an A in media writing and broadcast production. If by the grace of God I could pull off an A in spanish, I could get (probably) my only 4.0 in college.

I really hope I pass Physics class... I don't have the best teacher(I have one that makes dumb people dumber and smart people rethink themselves) and none of us in his class are acing it. Out of 20 people, only 2 have higher than a B. I'm not one of them. Also, Algebra II sucks. I'm not doing as planned in that class either..

Anyways, I hope my senior year will be better. This year just kind of sucked big time. Can't wait until Summer Break.

Same goes Brian, nice job. A 4.0 is murder, I got one twice (the second time by a technicality).

JCF, better luck next time man. High School just plain sucks. Also I tutor math if you ever need it. It's like my "thing" (one of them anyway).

No... You know what? This is Murphy's Law at work. I wish that I could have known this before, but there was just no way of knowing unless I ask, and really, physics isn't on the top of my discussion list.
