Next meeting Sunday August 24

We're all going over to Jerri's house to watch us some fanfilms.
Starting with the highest grossing: Spaceballs. We will also be showing Thumbwars, R2: Beneath the Dome, and many of the favs from TFN.

Bring a soda and a snack; a love offering will be taken up.

Sunday, August 24th. Starting 12ish until Jerri kicks us out.

Also, if you have one, bring over your video game system and your Star Wars games, and enter the Living Room of Doom Tournament! Play till you pass out or develop blisters on your thumbs.


Please post if you will be attending, and if you can bring over a video game system or game.







Kidding about the money bit. Unless you want to. I can't guarantee it would be tax deductible. Or wouldn't be spent on silly star wars fig's.

 

Just wanted to drop a line. On the 24th, Peter Mayhew (Chewie) will be in Raleigh, along with some Star Trek actors. Information is posted on the Raleigh Board.

The website for the show is sfedora.com Slanted Fedora Entertainment. It will be near the IHOP we met at in Raleigh Saturday morning. I was talking to Natalie about breakfast that morning since the show doesn't start until 10:30am.

OK, everyone check out what Kel is talking about here. Then, I need everyone to post on this thread letting me know if you want to go fwd w/our meeting or if we want to make another road trip. What ever the majority says will rule. Either way, we will have some PIE!

 

Hmmm, I'll be coming back off of a 12 hour drive from Pensacola a day early to go to a party at Jerri's...so I'm thinking that with or without you guys Stuart_Kenobi and I will be chillin' in front of a TV watching movies on the 24th. Besides, I'm sure I'll have the oppertunity to meet Chewie again. Also, my bank account can't handle another convention so soon.

BTW, I think if we still have the party we ought to watch Monty PIEthon and the Holy Grail.

i am defintily going to be there. i would like to finally meet all of you. i have already talked to jediknight_jerri and i told her i would be there as soon as i get off work but the way it sounds i wont have to go to work at all i may get the whole day off. oh and i will be playing you in some games and kicking your @$$.
