Signs is a good suggestion, I was interested in that movie.

i saw this only because i've seen the 1st MIB and i haven't seen the second. Is it really that bad?

 

Um...yes. It is that bad. It's the worst movie I've seen this year, in fact. The problem with it was that they were just going through th emotions of the first MIB and expecting it to work, and it just didn't. The newness and chemistry just weren't there.

But hopefully, whatever we see on August 17th will be much better than that. (Did you see me pull the post back to the topic there? )

Howabout we see the movie triple XXX? I'm embarassed it looks fun to me. It looks like great action but is still PG 13.

uh...um...I'll keep my mouth shut on this one.

 

ick, i've no interest in triple X. it looks like one of those movies that's made up of lots of explosions and fighting. if i wanted to see something like that, i'd wanna throw in a GOOD PLOT and go see Star Wars again! i heard signs was scary, but the ending explanation of the everything was kinda cheesy.
looks like star wars is still playing in one or two theaters. otherwise i'd vote either Reign of Fire or the Master of Disguise.

 

Meaningless explosions and big stunts? I thought that's what every good boy movie was made of.

I haven't heard anything good about Signs, but I'd see it if that's what the group still wants.

We still have some time, maybe something we all want to still is going to be released.

 

I'll be a victim of peer pressure for this meeting and go along with what everyone else wants.

I still would like to see signs. Bad or not, ol' M. Night's movies are always good for conversation. I mean Unbreakable was terrible, but I still enjoy shreading it to this day.

If others want to see something else, though, I'll go along.

 

My sister went and saw Signs last night and said it scared the **** out of her. I am up for a good scare. But, I am a fan of Vin Diesel so I want to see XXX. Diesel is very cool, and very down to earth. Also, for those of you, who have been up in the Auburn area, and have driven over the Auburn Ravine Bridge may recognise it in the movie. They filmed the scene where Diesel rides a Corvett over the side and parachutes off the back, on that bridge. I have often wanted to parachute off that bridge. That would be another letter in my "BASE" jumping career.

 

I was there when they filmed that scene! I will see ether movie, but xxx gets my vote!

 

GQ has a great article on Diesel this month. Did you know he's a die-hard D&D fan?

 

His previous job was telemarketing.
