Colum, OH Next meeting

I was thinking that we should have another meeting sometime this month to get a few more things organized for the picnic and any other topics that people feel need discussing. I was thinking about any days that might work well. I know that most of my weekends are already booked having to be out of town and such. Would anyone be adverse to a weekenight meeting? Maybe a Thursday evening at a coffee shop or such?

 

I don't get off work until 7, and home around 7:30. I'll be there if everyone can hold off until around 8.

 

I don't mind (though I don't have my schedule for when I get back yet) as long as you wait til I get back from home (I should be back by the 18th).

 

I should think that an evening during the week of the 19th through the 23rd should be all right.

Depends on where said coffeeshop would be located. I work until 5PM and would have to have time to eat and drive all the way out there (assuming it'd be somewhere near Lennox).

 

Last time we were at Sawmill Starbucks, but we've had meetings at the easton and Polaris Barnes and Noble Starbucks as well. Honestly we could have it anywhere.

 

That should work for me. Unless something weird happens to my schedule that week.

 

I should be free any of those days in the evenings.

 

Thursdays are good for me. Also, I personally vote for the Easton or Polaris locations. (I could actually drive myself to and from a meeting for a change!)

 

Do we have a final date for this? If not, I propose Thursday the 22nd around 8pm. Any takers?

Sounds good to me. I should be done with the two lightsabers I've been working on by then and posibly my robe as well. (Just the robe, though.) I'll try to remimber to bring them.

There was talk of a coffee bar. What would work best for everyone? Anywhere is fine for me.

 

I vote for Polaris. There's a Barnes & Noble or a Starbucks up there.

The question, though, is which one? I know the mall has, like, two or three Starbucks and there is one across the street at the Barns & Nobel. (Hmm, thinking of the old Lewis Black "Starbucks" routine.)

 

How about the Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble at Polaris? Should be plenty of seats.

YAY! I found out I work Sunday, Monday, Weds, and Friday. I get the meeting and a few other days off!
