Madison, WI Next Meeting

Well guess we should see if and when we can get together next. December may be an issue as its a busy time due to Christmas and exams. So I guess the question would be is when can people meet.

I know Sunday December 3rd is no good for me, I will be preforming at 2:00pm at MATC's Mitby Theater with the Show Choir. On that note, if anyone is interested in coming and hearing some good holiday Music just let me know I'll give you the details. There is also a chance the 16th wont be good for me, though I'm not sure last I heard the plans that were made are being rethought. Other then that I'm pretty much able to meet at anytime except for the holiday week

 

First weekend of December is out for me as I have family flying in. The rest of the month looks good so far.

 

Earwen's gone until the 10th, and then we're gone over Christmas break.

As a suggestion, we could do a Star Wars New Years bash, stay up all night watching movies, play games, etc.

 

I second what Bevan said! Although I don't know if I could stay up all night anymore.

 

It could easily be a come and go as you please outing. Tis always fun to hang out and play games with friends

Yeah that new years party does sound fun. Usually my friends want to hang out at my place so I dont know if we could be there the whole night but we'd definitly stop by. I'm pretty much working every weekend but Saturdays after 7 work good for me.

I try to remember, is New Year's a holiday for my work? I think new year's eve is a half day... [shrugs]

Sounds like the New Year's party is the way to go. And since I was the one who suggested the idea, I suppose it could be at my place again.

I do have the new Nintendo Wii, pretty much guaranteed to make any non-gamer enjoy video games.

Plus the usual Star Wars stuff, I suppose.

I'm new to this, but I live near Madison. I was kind of wondering, what do you all do at a meeting, and if there's room for another to join you. Since I have no job right now, my days are open. I hope it helps for planning.

You are a cheeky one..lol Anyway I just found out that I'm apparently going to Minneseota for the 24-26 and I have family functions on the 10 and 14. After reading over the other posts again, I agree that New Years would most likely be the best choice.
