Sth Bend, IN NEXT SBFF MEETING - Aug 20, 7pm @ Between the Buns, Mishawaka

I will be back in the motherland in a little over a month. Available for possible get-together (lunch or other) either Aug 20, 21, or 22 (Thurs, Fri, Sat). If it's on the 22nd (Saturday), it would need to be a lunch/day thing.

I know it's still a ways out, but any interest? WOBDZ - what is BDZ's schedule these days, any chance he'll be available?

Hope to see some of you cats, it's been a while.

 

BDZ is working nights 7 days/week right now. Not sure if that will clear up for him by August.

if it's a lunch thing try to make it a little closer to elkhart for me.

I do kinda owe garbagge59 the pleasure of my company, we have yet to make a connection during one of my trips home. Would you guys be open to an evening thing, that might make it easier for more of us to get together, although I suppose that would eliminate MT. There's just no winning, I guess.

In that case, I suppose the roster would just be X, g59, TTW, and maybe TL (you've been quiet - what say ye?).

Don't imagine we could tempt anyone else (merc???)

cause it is easy for me, but not a sure thing at this time,
so I advise, getting the best you can for all, and let me try
to make what-ever comes up work for me.....ya never know what
I might be able to work out

 

I dunno.. I may or may not be convincd to come out of my hiding.. I haven't decided yet. And depends on when it is and if I have to work and all that good stuff.

I'm not saying no, though.

 

So let me start to try to iron this out...I know it's over a month away but it will take a while to get us all on the same page. Plus I want to get this locked down before other things start to fill my social calendar.

How about this - Thursday evening (Aug 20), 7pm, Between the Buns in Osceola? Or would that be too crazy on a Thurs eve, or too inconvenient for people to get to? Just trying to find a balance between Elk and SB.

 

I don't believe Osceola exists.. but that's a whole different story.

MT, I am actually just trying to find a town in the midwest that you haven't visited yet!

 

BTB on thursday evening works for me. if you'd rather not be in a smoke-filled bar, there is another BTB 5 minutes west on Lincolnway at Vistula in Mishawaka. Either one is fine by me.

 

Oh jeez, I forgot about the smoke. Lets switch to Mishawaka then if it is smoke-free. Same day/time.

 

Thursday or Friday sounds good. I will be gone that weekend.

idea that Thursday might be best chance for me, If not Friday lunch............

I might also be motivated by whom we might convince to come out of hiding

 

Garbage says Thursday Evening, which is available for me. Not sure it would be 'lunch' though

Can anyone else do a Thursday evening?

 

I'm going to go ahead and lock this in, as it sounds like it will work for several of us, at least.
