    The Jacksonville Jaguars select...

    74. D'Anthony Smith, DT, Louisiana Tech

What he brings: Smith has above-average athletic ability and moves well laterally for his size. That said, he needs to get stronger in his core and lacks an elite anchor to hold up against the run on the inside. The good news for Smith is that he is an above average pass-rusher with a wide array of moves.

    The Chicago Bears select...

    75. Major Wright, S, Florida

What he brings: Wright has great athleticism, fluidity and brings great toughness with his game. While he is a bit tight in the hips when getting off the hash, he has an extra gear to recover once caught out of position. In addition, he has adequate ball skills to make plays when in position.

How he fits: The Bears' defense already had good, tough run-playing safeties, but needed more range and closure on the back end versus the pass. While Wright does not possess great ball skills, he will give the defense more versatility to play both run and pass. He will have a chance to earn playing time right away.

    The New York Giants select...

    76. Chad Jones, S, LSU

What he brings: Jones is a versatile athlete who brings great size, strength and physicality with his play. In addition, he has the ability to make a quick diagnosis to find the ball and consistently put himself in position to make plays.

How he fits: The safety position struggled last year in pass defense with the early loss of Kenny Philips to injury. Jones will have to compete with newly-added Antrel Rolle, rangy Deon Grant and Michael Johnson. This will allow Aaron Ross to revert back to corner full-time.

    The Tennessee Titans select...

    77. Damian Williams, WR, USC

What he brings: Williams is one of the most polished and savvy route-runners in this year's draft class. Williams is a smooth athlete who does a good job transitioning out of breaks and shows above-average body control and ball skills. We graded him out as a second-round pick, but his lack of burst to create separation is likely the reason he dropped to the third round.

How he fits: Kenny Britt is an emerging receiver for the club, but Nate Washington and Justin Gage are more complementary receivers than playmakers. With that said, Williams will be another weapon for Vince Young and offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger.

    The Carolina Panthers select...

    78. Brandon LaFell, WR, LSU

What he brings: LaFell has some of the biggest upside in this year's receiving class. He has great size and does a good job using his body to shield defenders from the ball. The problem for LaFell is that he needs refining with his route running and he must catch the ball more consistently at the next level.

How he fits: Steve Smith can't do it all for the Panthers. Dwayne Jarrett has not lived up to his billing and LaFell will offer big upside and a huge target for new quarterback Jimmy Clausen. He will need to catch the ball more consistently to have the impact the Panthers are looking for.

    The San Diego Chargers select...

    79. Donald Butler, LB, Washington

What he brings: We believe Butler has more athleticism than first-rounder Rolando McClain. At 245 pounds, Butler is light on his feet and covers a lot of ground with a wide range. However, Butler however, lacks the same instincts and sometimes is undisciplined with his run fits.

How he fits: San Diego needed size and power down the middle of its defense. Stephen Cooper and Brandon Siler play the game with heart and soul, but Butler possesses the natural physical qualities that fit the Chargers' defense better. He will need time to prove he can overtake either of them.

    The Denver Broncos select...

    80. J.D. Walton, C, Baylor

What he brings: Walton is a tough and scrappy interior offensive lineman who plays with an aggressive attitude. While he's a limited athlete, Walton possesses functional inline strength and should provide immediate depth and develop into a starter along the interior front in a few years time.

How he fits: The release of Casey Weigmann means that an inexperienced player will be the starting center this year. Walton will have a chance to compete with Seth Olsen, Russ Hochstein and Dustin Fry for the starting role.

I hope Cleveland takes McCoy in the 3rd round. I don't see him going beyond that round.

    The Houston Texans select...

    81. Earl Mitchell, DT, Arizona

What he brings: Mitchell lacks great size, but he has a thick lower body and does a good job playing with leverage. He is a perfect fit as a 3-technique who can consistently hold down his gap as a run defender. While he has good upside as a pass-rusher, he needs to develop a few more moves.

How he fits: Mitchell is an interior 3-technique player who fits Houston's one-gap defense. His good, lower body and use of leverage should help to improve the Texans' struggling run defense.

    The Pittsburgh Steelers select...

    82. Emmanuel Sanders, WR, SMU

What he brings: Sanders is an undersized receiver who projects to play out of the slot. He has great quickness and suddenness getting out of his breaks. In addition, he shows good body control but can have some inconsistency with his hands on balls outside his frame. He should become a strong No. 3 receiver.

How he fits: Trading Santonio Holmes took away the only sure downfield playmaker the Steelers had. Hines Ward is aging and Limas Sweed has yet to produce, while Arnaz Battle and Antwaan Randle El have both had their ups and downs in the NFL. Pittsburgh needed depth here.

    The Atlanta Falcons select...

    83. Corey Peters, DT, Kentucky

What he brings: Peters is a one-gap defensive tackle with adequate quickness and ability to find the ball. He also shows pass-rushing capabilities, but he needs to add more moves to his repertoire. He has an inconsistent motor, which is a concern, and he will probably be a rotational guy.

How he fits: Peters fits the mold of the Falcons' attacking style defensive front. Atlanta needed a player like this with the ability to make plays on the move and rush the passer, especially given the fact that last year's first-rounder, Peria Jerry, missed his rookie season due to a knee injury.

    The Cincinnati Bengals select...

    84. Jordan Shipley, WR, Texas

What he brings: Shipley has good agility in and out of breaks and has some of the better hands in this year's receiving class. He lacks elite explosion, though, to create consistent separation. His toughness to consistently attack the middle of the field working out of the slot is an asset In addition, he brings value on special teams as a returner.

How he fits: Chad Ochocinco and newly-acquired Antonio Bryant will most likely be the outside starters, but Shipley's route running and sure hands will enable him to compete for the slot role with Andre Caldwell. There are question marks at the position, but his consistency will not be one.

    The Cleveland Browns select...

    85. Colt McCoy, QB, Texas

What he brings: McCoy doesn't have the big time arm to stretch the field and his accuracy can also dip on the longer throws. However, he shows a quick release the ability to move in the pocket and is extremely accurate with his underneath throws. He also brings great intangibles with his leadership and toughness. Those traits will help him develop into a functional quarterback in Cleveland's West Coast system.

How he fits: Jake Delhomme will likely begin the season as the offensive leader and starter. However, his sporadic play of late will allow McCoy to possibly see the field and learn the speed of the game quickly. He will have to compete with a very similar Seneca Wallace.

    The Philadelphia Eagles select...

    86. Daniel Te'o-Nesheim, DE, Washington

What he brings: Te'o-Nesheim is limited athletically and does not show great lateral movement. On the plus side, he has great core strength for his size at 263 pounds. He plays the game with a high motor and gives great effort on every play. This might be a bit of a reach at this point, but the Eagles are looking for this type of player.

How he fits: This is yet another undersized, high-motor defensive end. This pick is a little surprising given that the Eagles got Brandon Graham in the first round. While he does sound like an Eagles-type defender from an effort standpoint, the team had bigger needs here in the third round.

    The Denver Broncos select...

    87. Eric Decker, WR, Minnesota

What he brings: At 6-foot-3, 217 pounds Decker has a good combination of size and overall athleticism. He is limited in terms of burst and ability to stretch the field, but he shows outstanding toughness and ball skills. He should become a solid possession receiver at the NFL level.

How he fits: Decker will bring the smarts and toughness Denver looks for in its passing attack. While he may not have great separation, he will make sure catches and likely play multiple positions, which coach Josh McDaniels loves.

    The Arizona Cardinals select...

    88. Andre Roberts, WR, Citadel

What he brings: Roberts is polished and shows the ability to run the entire route tree. He has great hands. His best skill, however, is his ability to run after the catch. He also brings added value in the return game.

How he fits: Now that Anquan Boldin is in Baltimore and Jerheme Urban is in Kansas City, the Cardinals needed another receiving option. Roberts will likely align behind Larry Fitzgerald and Steve Breaston, while competing with Early Doucet for the No. 3 role.

    The Carolina Panthers select...

    89. Armanti Edwards, WR, Appalachian State

What he brings: Edwards played quarterback in college but projects as a wideout at the next level. He's going to have a tough adjustment to make adapting to the position in terms of reading coverages on the run and polishing his route-running skills. He has the athleticism and experience to be the conductor in a Wildcat package.

How he fits: Edwards will be a good complement to the Panthers other third-round pick, Brandon LaFell. LaFell will bring size and toughness, while Edwards offers burst, acceleration and short-area playmaking ability. Look for him to show up in any Wildcat packages, as well.

    The New England Patriots select...

    90. Taylor Price, WR, Ohio

What he brings: Price is an explosive home run threat on the perimeter. He has both top-end speed to stretch the field and does a great job dropping his weight and transitioning in and out of breaks. His best quality might be his overall ball skills. He should provide immediate playmaking ability for the Patriots offense.

How he fits: This is a good pick for the Patriots. Price will offer outside speed and sure-handedness, which could be very good qualities moving forward for the Pats as Randy Moss ages. He has more upside than Sam Aiken and will have a chance to compete with Brandon Tate, who is coming off injury during his rookie season.

    The San Francisco 49ers select...

    91. Navorro Bowman, LB, Penn State

What he brings: Bowman has great physical skills, natural instincts and a nose for the football. In fact, on the field we think he is a fringe first-round talent. That said, we are not surprised that he dropped to the third round; he can be undisciplined on the field and has major off-the-field character concerns.

How he fits: Bowman will likely be a special teams player in year one and have a chance to learn behind Patrick Willis and Takeo Spikes. He plays more in the mold of a weakside linebacker in college, but may be able to bulk up and replace Spikes in time. He does add depth as well.

    The Cleveland Browns select...

    92. Shawn Lauvao, OT, Arizona State

What he brings: Lauvao is a limited overall athlete who possesses functional overall strength. He is a wide body in pass protection who makes it tough for defenders to get around him. He needs to clean up his angles to the point and learn to stay on blocks more. He will provide depth and could potentially develop into a starter down the road.

    The Kansas City Chiefs select...

    93. Tony Moeaki, TE, Iowa

What he brings: Moeaki is an intriguing prospect; he's a very savvy and sure-handed receiving target. He needs major refining in his overall run blocking, but he has the toughness and athleticism to provide an immediate impact in the passing game.

    The Indianapolis Colts select...

    94. Kevin Thomas, CB, USC

What he brings: Thomas has a great combination of size and top-end speed. In addition he shows the ability to turn, locate and find the football. While he is a bit tight in the hips when having to quickly turn and run, he still provides enough athletic ability to develop into a quality starter in the Colts' defensive scheme.

    The New Orleans Saints select...

    95. Jerry Graham, TE, Miami

What he brings: Graham has one of the biggest upsides of any prospect in this year's draft. The former basketball player has great athleticism, the ability stretch the field, body control and hands. Those assets could help him become a dynamic playmaker at the next level. With that said, this is all based on potential; Graham's lack of mental toughness could hinder his ability to cash in on his natural gifts. This is a big risk-reward pick in our opinion.
