True, and I'm very happy about that, but still it's a bit of a letdown to not anticipate a Redskins draft pick tonight/tomorrow.

With the way the draft is this year, with a lot of quality talent to be had in the 2-4 rounds, the winners today were the Patriots. And they didn't even pick today.

    **** I hate the Patriots.

So glad to see Dion Jordan get picked so high. I've met the guy several times, and he is one class act. Well deserved!

Well, it might be fun to see First Take today to see Skip absolutely lose his **** over the draft last night.

He is outstanding- and certainly the closest style receiver to Harvin in this draft. I expect him to go to the slot- I remember Dooley used him there early, I think that incredible long TD he had against NC State was on a quick slant from that position and he just tore away from a zone scheme.

Justin Hunter should be off the board early tonight too. San Diego needs a receiver, maybe there.

Headed to Radio City for Rounds 2-3 tonight!

I'll report back here, possibly with grainy pics that no one cares about!

Didn't know you were a fellow nyer. I'll have to pretend we should hang out sometime and then make endless excuses why I can't.

That's great to hear (Dolphin fan)!
They shocked everyone with that move. Everything I've read said he is top 5 talent (or top ten but trending better) and they really only gave up a 2nd rounder to move upto the 3rd pick in the draft so I'm happy with the move.

Well, my Giants got themselves some needed O-Line help. I like Pugh, I think he's the versatile kind of lineman the Giants like, a guy that can do a lot of things. He can pull, get to the second level, and play all along the line. Good, underrated pick.

Yeah, at first I was disappointed, but I've talked myself into the pick. He seems like he fits our scheme since he can play any position along the line. I'm not that worried about his apparently short arms. Joe Thomas's arms are only a half inch longer than him and he's a perennial Pro-Bowler.

I'm not worried about the arm thing either.

having shorter arms would suggest he can get more force behind the contact he does make, sense it means that his center of mass is closer to the impact.

and wow at the jag's "war room". that is one sparse looking place.
