if i can, then i want the colts over the giants (since the game hasn't started yet). if i can't, then give me saints over the 9ers, since that's not even today.

To be honest , I think New England has been overated this year, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Jets fan.

People have only been hyping up the Pats in the last week, really.

    Carolina, you let me down.

I don't know, other than on SNY, the local NY sports station, I've seen tons of sports "experts" talking about how good New England is and as long as they have Belechick and Brady then they are the team to beat in the AFC East or something to that ring. I think it's Miami and New York's division now. I might just be noticing the New England thing though because I'm a Jets fan. Anyway, yeah Carolina what happened. Maybe Tampa has a team worth watching down there.

I think it's too early to say either way....Sanchez looked completely inept last week, and good this week, and Jets looked killer last week and bad this week. Both teams inconsistent.

Could turn out to be a tight division race for a change, which would be nice.

Take into consideration that the Jets don't have Santonio Holmes for another two weeks, and considering Revis was out for the second half of the game, that defense was still pretty solid. Miami has a team that seems to work well together, but New England to me isn't the team they were 4 or so years ago. Sanchez I'm not to woried about because despite his lack of production last week he still didn't have an interception. But it's early in the season, and I think this is may the division race to watch.

Yeah they could. If the defense was just a little bit better we could be screaming "upset," although I don't think New England is really that great of a team this year.

i still find it amusing that the patriots have turned in to what the colts used to be. great offense with an atrocious defense.

I think they are actually worse that what the Colts were, at least the Colts had an overall team to build with a franchise QB that was going to be around for some time. Tom Brady isn't going to be what Peyton Manning is now a few years down the line, but yeah they seem to resemble them at this point.
