Looks like I'm a definitely a go now. The holiday conflict with my dad just evaporated when he e-mailed me to say he's spending them in England .
Janet, I'm assuming we're leaving the morning of as opposed to the night before, right?

 

I would prefer night before, partly because it'll be SO difficult for me to get up early, unless I stay awake, and that's just not good.

hee hee I found rubber masks at Value Village in excellent condition... one Darth Maul and one Jar Jar. There was another Jar Jar, but it had a hole in it. The Darth Maul mask will go great with my Darth Maul Lightsabre toy....

I talked to Peter tonight, and he's busy till about 6 on Friday. We'll add 2 hours to whatever time we leave London.

 

ok, I'll give a definate time, if we're early, great, but I don't think we'll be there any later than 9 pm. I'd like to try to get there for 8 or 8:30 though.

Just something I was asked to pass on from the parade planning forum. The YJN members are the main people who are thinking about food, since they don't have to travel, but if anyone wants to contribute anything foodwise, let me know and I'll pass it on to them there.

We should seriously be thinking about the food and who can bring what. Here is a list of what I thought we should have and if you have other suggestions, please post them. As people offer, I will assign the food to them so others will know what has not been taken yet. Keep in mind that we are expecting a confirmed amount of 80 people right now. That is not to say that you have to provide enough for that many people, but please realize we have a lot of mouths to feed.

When you have an item you wish to bring please post it so we can update this list.
