People who post as a sock during their ban will have the term of their ban doubled. That's nothing new.

 

The person who made the ****LEG thread I believe.

 

So last night it seemed no one knew about this... then today I hear about it on the radio... odd.

We are allowed to discuss the bootleg right?

Length of ban depends on the seriousness of the infraction. For minor things, there's just a warning. Some things get a 24-hour spank. Serial trolls get perm banned on sight. It varies.

I remember somebody posted "Qui-Gon dies!" in there back when TPM was about to come out. I was pretty angry. I had tried to stay spoiler free until that point. Of course, I knew that Qui-Gon had to die eventually, I just wasn't certain that it was going to be in TPM. I think anyone that knowingly posts a spoiler in the non-spoiler boards needs to be permanently banned.
