Syra, NY North East Fanforce Banner Contest

    Howdy All !!!

    Well, its about that time to change the Main banner in the NE. :)

    This is a seperate Contest from the Main Page Banner contest that
    just took place. This new contest is JUST for the North East Chapters
    listing Page.

    So everyone fire up their Photo shop or whatever else they may use
    and start creating a new NE Banner! Lets have fun with this one -
    Remember its your region guys! Be proud!!! :)

    Here are the rules: (yeh I know - ugh - rules)

    1. All submissions need to be submitted in the form of a Link sent to
    Me via PM.

    2. Submission deadline is Sept 30th 2004

    3. only Members of a NE chapter may submit a banner entry.

    4. EP3 spoilers are not allowed. For definition of an EP3 spoiler
    please check here.


    On Oct 1 all submissions will be listed here in the NE Discussion
    forum for viewing and Voting for a period of two weeks

    Winner of the Banner Contest will recieve a NE Banner Designer Title :)

    New ideas for the St Patty's banner should also be Posted here. So I'm just bouncing the board to front and center on page one.
