Sorry for the horribly late notice; the museum called and said they had to cancel our Saturday workshop. We are still on for tomorrow however. See you then!

I wish there was more workshops before march 1st but I guess I can finish up enough for then at home.

 

We all will do what we can. I imagine Anna will have hers completely finished and ready for filming in April. If we get a lot of workshops in March, I'm going to try to be ready by April but I won't be done in time for Makers Fair

OH I will definitely be done in time for Filming in April. No if ands or butts about it.

 

BAring a severe set back mine should be done by filming as well.

 

If a mando group is needed for filming in april ill try to have mine done by then.

 

We would really like a mando group; for us to proceed with making film preparations, the mando armor would have to be ready no later than the first week of April.

 

Ill have supplies soon and ill have my tax return this weekend so I will be collecting other materials for both sith stalker and my undo.

Oh! I went to the military surplus store today and they have white flight suits for about $50 if anyone is still looking for them.

Done!!

So I took my new Dremel to my helmet, using a respirator provided by a friend and the natural wind tunnel that was today's weather, I made my cut outs successfully and without an allergic reaction! I only had to stop because I could no longer feel my fingers (brrrrrr) I just need to sand the edges down but am very happy with what I accomplished today.

Remember before you paint it to wash the helmet with hot soapy water......it should remove the release agent on it

I was wondering the same thing.

 

I put in to Doug for all day on 3/9 and 3/16 in March a while ago but I think the Makers Fair really drained him. I've left a message on his voice mail so hopefully I will have news on this by the meeting tomorrow. Otherwise the only other day available this month is 3/23

 

Thank you! Although I seem to get more done at home… I plan on being very busy this week with details and then hopefully painting, and some sewing.

 

We will have the workshop this Sunday, March 23, 10 - 4. This will be the last available workshop prior to filming on April 5.

This Sunday, March 23 is the last access to the workshop until May as in April there is filming, Easter, and the other weekends being already scheduled for other events.

 

Attendance still pending. Have to wait to discuss w hubby who is on the west coast right now.
