Buff, NY North Ridge vs Rebellion Roll Off - 2007

Last year, we got together with Rochester to bowl and hold a friendly challenge for the coveted trophy. The time has come again and we need to pick a date. As a group, March 24 is bad for us as we have an event scheduled.

Please post what dates are good for you and we can set a date.

 

Any weekend after March 24th and I'm your gal!

I'm good for any Saturday night or Sunday afternoon, that is unless there is at least two weeks notice to rearrange the work schedule. I seem to remember a certain someone bowling very well that day...averaging over 190 for all 3 games.......I look forward to being a thorn in the side of the Rebellion yet again...

Any day works for me. I do prefer Saturdays over Sundays. In any case, my balls will be ready and waiting.

 

I'd rather do a Sat. How about the 1st Sat in April.

 

April 7 is the day before Easter and people may be busy getting ready for the holiday.

 

Fortunately for me, I still let my mom do all the holiday cooking so April 7th is quite clear for me.

I know I already put in my two cents but any saturday in the late afternoon or sunday after 2pm is good for me, but if i know a few weeks in advance i can arrange to switch shifts or take the day off

 

I would prefer a Sunday, but I will make accomodations for this. I`m in.

 

the first few weeks in april would be rough for me... but march is looking good!

 

A sunday is usually best for me unles it is a Saturday during the day. The days that are out for me are March 10,11, 17,18 I have no idea about April yet.

 

Unfortunately, the polls on this site only allow people to pick one date instead of all the ones they are free, so I'm not sure how effective it'll be, but I started this one to see if we can try to narrow this down a bit easier.

I know we have a couple people here that were debating on attending UBCon that weekend (13th-15th), but I'm not sure how definite that was. Does North Ridge do anything for UBCon?

I think I voted for later in the month but I don`t remember. Either way, I`ll go with the majority.

 

If you all are leaning towards April 14th, I'll be thinkin of ya while I sip my smoothie in a hot tub at Splash Lagoon.

 

I voted for the 14th and have no availability on the 7th. Day before Easter? Not good!

 

If we're not going to go with what the majority voted, I think the only fair thing to do is run another poll or postpone this event until colder weather comes again. It seems like there are just too many other things going on during spring/summer.

Maybe the fall would be better. April is pretty filled. May is filling. Not sure who wants to be indoors in the nice weather.

 

You can make time if it's important to you. Day before Easter is hard for people who have out of town family!

Like me... What's wrong with the 14th?
