Playing a street fighter type game before street fighter (i think) on JP's old computer. Max was like a terminator metal guy thing.

    Awesome game that.

also, ELF - 2D game had to find objects and give them to people to get other objects - to buy things like potions or guns or flying ability. Only played the demo I think. Also there was that one with rhe Fox... JP, you remember? ?[face_plain]

They were great. All on floppy discs. :D

Slicks and Slides - that was a cool little game too. hehe

    I don't like new games.

If I played it when I was little, I loved it. Basically any N64 game was awesome.

Recently I've had a banjo-kazooie or mario 64 craving though... but i sold those games away awhile ago :(

I have something called "52 games in one" and "650 games in one."

Got them last decade, probably imported. It repeated some games, but it also changes many of them: eg, Mario can move faster, making moving him dangerous and jumping past the flagpole a cinch.

    NES . . .

Shadow Warriors: that bloody hard last level
Kid Icarus: hearts and more hearts
Metroid: that heart-pounding furious fight with the Mother Brain and gateways
    Zelda: that hard second quest
Zelda 2: stupid 9000 experience points
    Turtles: that Technodrome stage
Duck Hunt: the time I got a 1,000,000 pts in claypigeon

Kung Fu: how fun was that when it first came out?

Kirby's Dreamland: excellent gameplay and music!
    Battletoads: awesome game!

I started in 1988, and I am still deep into old-school. Metroid, Mario, Bionic Commando, Zelda, Double Dragon, Kid Icarus, and so on.

SNES is the best system ever, and all of you know it.

Recently bought a new Joystick because my last one crapped on me a long time ago and I recently got a very strong urge to load up X-Wing Alliance again. I am glad it works in XP!

The text is funky though in high resolutions (which is too bad as my system can run it all really well).

Also played Thief 2 again recently. Great game. Great franchise.
