Umm did we forget to do some planning for this? It is a week away and we haven't even discussed this in any sort of detail.
I thought everything that needed to be covered was covered at the meeting, we just neeed to show up for pics. around 930-10ish. We will set up Cat's pop up canopy in the back and change there. Am I forgetting anything?
I found the original thread and bumped it up.. then I saw that we had made another thread for this event.. I guess we definitely have this event covered.. LOL in any case we know to meet at 9:30am that morning.. I am going to ask Steve if we need to bring any food for the after reception outside, other than that I think we have it all covered.. still not sure how to keep the canopy on the ground if it gets windy though.
