Spok, WA Nov 14th RPG Session Details

I thought I would post this a bit earlier than two weeks before the game. Here is the setting and game information you will need. If you want to borrow or find a D&D 3.0/3.5 Player's Handbook, that would help, as I only have one right at the moment. If you're already familiar with the D&D 3.0/3.5 system, feel free to make a character that is 1st level, and not a Cleric, Sorceror, or Wizard.

Everyone else, bring your dice and pencil and paper to the sessions, we will make the characters there for anyone who doesn't have one.

The game will be set in 6th century Britain, during the reign of Arthur Pendragon, King of Camelot. Vicious and malevolent creatures roam the land, and your task is to vanquish the evil, and restore order and peace to the realm. (Yes, I am aware of the amount of Monty Python jokes that will come out of this session, and I'm okay with that.)

I'm going to say "no" to playing the movie in the background. Mostly because I'm sure that even before the game begins, we're going to quote every fun, relevant, giggle-inducing quote. If not, enough of that will be covered in the actual game.

I broke down and went as a nerd this year for my work's Costume Contest.
