Sac, CA November 16th at 7:00 Sacramento meeting: Ice Skating at 7th and K streets in Downtown Sacramento.

The ice rink is located at 7th and K Street in downtown Sacramento in St. Rose of Lima Park, directly across the street from the Plaza Mall?s Hard Rock Café. It?s probably easiest to park in the mall and just walk across the street. Admission to the rink is $5, and ice skate rentals are free. There?s a small coffee hut and also a Starbucks immediately next door for those needing caffeine inspiration and treats.

Be there on time to be sure and catch me taking the biggest, most embarrassing falls.

At least come and hang out! You don't have to skate. You could eat the treats from the coffee hut or chill with something from the Starbucks right next door.

 

I shold be able to make it with Wife and Little Sith in tow.

Not sure if I'll skate or not but it still sounds like fun. and I'm sure Henry will love it.

 

now if only we could get the 501st to ice skate in thier gear we'd have STORM TROOPERS ON ICE!!!!

Troopers on ice would be the coolest thing I could imagine. I'm sure they'd be nervous about falling and breaking their costume though. Trooping on Ice!! What a great tagline.

I dropped off a bunch more flyers for our event at the IMAX film yesterday (left them on the table next to Bantha Tracks) and even talked to a few fans in line that seemed interested. There were still quite a few people in costume, and the show had to be close to sold out. There were a lot of people there.

 

I think we should hook up again soon with the SF Fanforce for some fun.

Perhaps a Movie, or maybe we could have a paintball war, go to the zoo, fight crime..something.

 

I think that's a great idea. The Digital AOTC event certainly went well.

I just went ice skating last nite (Saturday) and it was hecka cool...and the ice skating was fun too (ask me later). But yeah, it was easier than I thought. Once I got over the metality that I'm on ice instead of just thinking it's like rollerblading, it was easy...confused yet? Goooood.

My work here is done.

My wife has a baby shower to go to on the 16th starting a 6pm with some friends of hers...annoying friends (Who has a baby shower on a Saturday night? honestly?) I won't be going to the shower (thank the maker) so Henry and I should be there, or at least I hope so.

 

I have to work. Sorry guys, guess I'm sitting this one out. Oh well, at least this saves me a few bruises on me bum and puts a little more cash in my pocket.
