Pittsburgh, PA November Meeting/DVD Release Party Official Thread

It was decided at the meeting that the release party for Revenge of the Sith will be at my house along with the November meeting. I'd like to use this thread to keep track of who is coming so I can make sure I have enough room for everyone to comfortably hang out. So if you are coming please say so here and I will update this post with your name.

Also how would everyone like to handle munchies? Everyone bring something or we can get food delivered and have everyone pitch in?

Since the previous location was changed after I left the meeting, would it be a problem if I throw out an open invite to members of the 501st and PSWCS?

 

Depends...how many people we talking about? You know the size of my living room.

 

Probably just a few, if any. I just want to extend the invitation to let others know that they are welcome to participate in the group. I'll make sure that we know in advance how many others will be coming and that there aren't too many people if anyone takes us up on the offer.

I'm still trying to find out what family plans are going on that day. November is full of birthdays. I might be able to head over in the evening. What time is this party starting, anyway?

 

I'd like to have the meeting sometime around 1pm with the movie starting around 4pm. What do you guys think?

w00t! The birthday party is a 10AM (at Chuck E. Cheese. GACK! The horror! But that's what the five year old wants. Sigh) So, I'll be at the DVD party. Not quite at 1, but as soon as I can

Terry, you suggested at bowling that you grill and everyone bring something. So I'm volunteering to bring some sort of pasta or potato salad side dish (what ever looks good in the deli case that day )

I'm not sure if well make it or not... Sarah is getting her Christmas pics that day... I think at 1 but could be wrong... and depending on how long that takes, we may or may not make it out... you might as well PM me directions in case though...
