It's time to get everyone together for a meeting before the holidays. On the agenda so far is Holiday Party planning, Year End elections, communications, Anniversary swag, and planning 2013. What dates are good for everyone? I am looking at Saturday November 17 so we can sneak it in before Thanksgiving, but am open as well so that we can get as many people to the meeting as possible. We are in need of a host or meeting place as well.
I could host for the evening of the 17th. If people want to make it for dinner I can order pizza. Otherwise, we can have an after dinner meeting.
Thank you Michelle and Greg for volunteering once again. Personally, I would vote for skipping the food that way we can get right to the business at hand. But that's just me...
I am in for meeting as well as dinner or group social night after...maybe moonlight bowling ..a movie...or dave an busters..or maybe group bonfire???
17th. is good for me. I vote with Anna. Meeting first and food later if folks decide to do something.
Based on feedback so far, let's make the meeting 4-5:30 on the 17th. I'll start a new thread. I'll leave it up to someone else to discuss the after-meeting activities.
