I would say if a member of age is bringing a youngling, they would be responsible for that kid and the consent would be between the parents. It's a letter if the kid is unattended by an adult.
OK, OK, I'll bring a letter from Mommy!! LOL (I'm still a kid, ya know) I'll be really late, probably around 5:00-5:30pm. It's an hour drive from work and I probably won't get off until 4:00pm earliest. Save a plate of goodies for me, please.
I will bring a document signed by his Mom or Dad, if that is o.k. I will also bring some 2 liters of pop. I can bring a garden salad or some kind of other salad??? any preferences on the kind of salad? There will be a total of 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids age 13 yrs. and we will watch them.

Just a couple reminders to everyone. We have limited oven space so please bring your dish ready to eat, or in a crock pot. Also jf you have chairs you can bring ie camping chairs etc please bring them.
I have some card table chairs. I'll try and fit them in my car. Speaking of cars, I have one in the shop that needs to be picked up in the early afternoon. I should have plenty of time to get it back though. Is the eating still happening around 4:00? (priorities!)
