November Meeting

So then what do we want to do???

 

Well, it looks like lightsaber building has the popular vote here. Is that cool with everyone?

 

I don't have an interest in it but that doesn't mean I would be opposed to helping everyone else out. Just remember that if we do this then it's going to be a one or two day process. I would say get your design and most of your parts beforehand then we could have the meeting actually building them.

I may take the oppurtunity to begin working on my ARC rifle.

 

I think we need an idea of who all is planning on coming. Please post if you are.

so, what are we doing? Bowling would be cool. I plan to spend all day working on my armor so I'd rather not do anything that involves me sitting for too long. And since it looks like we can't start until after 7, either that or perhaps a little mini-golf would work.

Ooh! Mini golf would work! Perhaps mini golf AND bowling? Mini golf and dinner? The possibilities are endless!

I definitely like doing something along those lines. I think having a lightsaber building party is something we should save for when we know we have a big group and a whole day to work.

Sounds good to me. I'll be mighty hungry by that time. I may be a bit grubby so I need to know if we plan to meet someplace where I should shower and make myself presentable or like a Denny's? Just as long as it's not some place where the waiter asks for a tip...

 

I think it was more like demanding a tip, and I don't ever plan to eat there again because of it.

I don't see why we can't just go to a Denny's/Steak n Shake type place. Unless somebody has any preferences as to where they want, I'm up for just about anything.

And what are you doing with a hemp net?!?!?

Well, seeing as how nobody seems to be posting their agreemant/disagreement with any of the proposed plans, I'm making an executive decision.

We will meet tomorrow (Saturday) at the Steak N Shake on ISB at 7pm. There we will have a brief meeting over food and then decide where we will go from there.

Hope you all can make it! Let me know if there are any serious problems with this. Otherwise, I'll see you tomorrow!

I plan on being there, but I usually don't get home from work until around 7-ish. Then I have to change and drive up there. If I'm not there by 7:30, then I probably won't be able to make it. But I plan on coming!

Yeah- I'm really really really sorry about that!

My evil teacher gave us the world's nastiest quiz. It should have been finished by 5pm. Instead, it took me until almost half past 7- and I wasn't ven the last one to finish!!! I was so mad.
