Tidewater, VA NOVEMBER MEETING

Meeting for November will be at Dawns. This will also be a xmas part and C6, and Galacticon planning meeting.

When is the Nov meeting? Was it yesterday or next weekend? I couldn't come yesterday if it was then b/c I have a bad cold.

 

November 12th meeting at Dawns 4pm we will be doing a chip in for pizza meeting

demo discussion and galacticon

 

I have childcare issues so I can't stay for the entire time. Can't stay for the pizza.

Anyone that wants to jump in and do a pannel is welcome please let us know.

Since we don't have a treasurey anymore, promotionals for Galacticon will need to be donations.
It usually cost about 55.00 for the posters so if everyone chips in a little it would be nice.

We still need volunteers:

Audio visual
set-up
vender assistance: getting them what they need when they can't leave their tables. And taking their orders for lunch ect.

I am sending out the invites to venders and costume groups
