Now that were official, what should we do?

What are some ideas you have about future meetings(what we should do, where to go, etc...).


Clay mentioned something about seeing Die Another Day. I wouldn't mind seeing that at all. Or we could do other things, just fill up the page with ideas and will see what we can do.

 

This is a good thread Sithlord. Ideas for anything and it doesn't have to be for right away. Some of mine are:

See Did Another Day
Putt Putt(when it gets warmer)
Bowling would be cool

I read a few threads down that DSatt suggested seeing LOTR: The Two Towers, wouldn't mind seeing that either. I especially like the putt-putt idea with me being a golfer and all.

I'll have some ideas up later, i hope you guys do too.

 

Seeing The Two Towers sounds good to me. I'm a big LOTR Fan, too. That soon to be stepdad of mine might be around for that. He's a big Star Wars and LOTR Fan. Miniature golf works. I'm no good, but they have an arcade, I guess. Bowling works. Why not? I'm not half bad. There's always that Frankie's place and Gattitown. I don't know what else.

Here are some links to cons that we could go to. All are very close driving wise. I think we should consider going especially concarolinas in Charlotte.

 

I've heard bad reviews from friends on the Bond film but I am planning to see LOTR. The con idea sounds good... ConCarolinas would be easiest. Dragon*con might be pretty cost prohibitive for some folks, but if they have some cool guests, I'd like to go again sometime.

Other ideas along with the great ones mentioned so far...
*Braves games once the season starts
*Someone mentioned Grrrowl games, that would be cool and something we could do now. You can get good seats for $5.
*Any of the tons of festivals once spring gets here
